Located in Costa Rica’s Guanacaste province is Paradise Village. The property is adjacent to the “Monkey Trail” just outside the sleepy town of Potrero and beside the Pacific Ocean, The northwest section of Costa Rica is known for its two season climate; Dry and Hot season and Wet and Warm (Green) season. The dry season usually begins in late November and ends in May, where afternoon showers begin. These showers usually occur only in the late afternoon through September, with longer raining periods occurring in October and November.
